FOLD - PAPER ORIGAMI & TYPOGRAPHY
Fold incorporated paper origami to portray the principle of movement and direction. The principle of direction was first created through the structure of the single origami unit. Each unit structure was formed using 4" by 4" paper. The wing-like sides go up to a point and lead the viewer's eyes to the tip of the structure. Then, 16 units were assembled to display the sense of movement again. It's assembled to create a zig-zag like pattern so that the focus of attention starts from the bottom and moves up in a "z" shape. Typography was later added to further portray the principles. When viewed from the side, the enlarged letters look like it's moving through the structure and lead our eyes horizontally.
